Parent FAQ

Can I read my child's private messages?

Yes. As the legal guardian, you have full read access to all chats to ensure safety. However, we encourage open conversation with your child about privacy.

What happens when they turn 16?

Narrato is for ages 7-16. Upon aging out, we provide a tool to export their entire creative portfolio so they can take it with them to their next platform.

Is it COPPA compliant?

Yes, strictly. We are GDPR-K and COPPA compliant. We collect minimal data and require verifiable parental consent.
